Every Friday The City Church Interns and I get to go to the streets and learn how to share our faith, pray for the sick and needy, invite people to church: ultimately bring the kingdom of God to our city. Just one day at a time, one divine appointment at a time, one person at a time
....this is going to be crazy.
We're excited about the opportunity to share with each other and others about how easy it really is to share the gospel. It doesn't matter what kind of personality you have, how cool you think you are or are not, or if your breath smells really bad sometimes; anybody can preach the gospel. Anybody can lead someone to Christ. As long as you stick to the basics, stick to the pure gospel, "Christ and Christ crucified", and remember that it's not about you; it's all about Him.

So...Erin and I went over by Borders and ran into these two girls we decided to invite to church. One of them said she visited Generation Church a couple years ago and really liked it. We gave them touch cards and the girl who had been before said she would really like to get connected in a small group at our church!
